1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LinkedGrowth Co. website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

LinkedGrowth provides LinkedIn marketing services including profile optimization, content strategy, engagement, outbound, analytics, and related consulting for B2B clients in the United States. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission
• Impersonate LinkedGrowth or its representatives

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of LinkedGrowth Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Service Agreements & Payment

Monthly service plans are billed in advance. One-time services are billed upon agreement. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deliverables are specified in individual service agreements. Month-to-month plans require 30-day written notice for cancellation.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a number of leads, connections, profile views, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, offer, market conditions, and LinkedIn platform changes. Case studies and testimonials reflect individual client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and timely feedback
• Maintaining their LinkedIn account in good standing
• Approving content before publication (when applicable)
• Complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedGrowth Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedGrowth Co. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your LinkedIn account activity, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
